Dear Seton Townhomes Resident,


The construction crew will be returning to Seton Townhomes to finish the work on the parking lot, on October 19th and plan on finishing the work on October 26th. The plan is to remove and redo a portion of the curb around the parking lot and add a valley gutter that will properly drain the water from the parking lot to the street. A portion of the parking lot will also be re-paved. During the construction there will be no vehicle access to townhomes, but the car park across the street at the mall will be open. Please plan accordingly.

Below is tentative schedule for the construction:


10/19: Remove concrete curb around the parking lot.

10/20: Pour High Early concrete curb and apron.

10/24 Restoration and Tolerance.

10/25 Pave 1st layer of asphalt.

10/26 Pave 2nd layer of asphalt.


Shortly after the 2nd layer of asphalt is paved, you will be able to drive on it.


Parking for residents of Seton Townhomes: Please park across the street in the mall parking lot during the construction, as there will be no vehicle access to the townhomes parking lot.

Garbage Collection for Seton Townhomes: During the period of construction the contractor will bring out your garbage can to the street for pickup. Please place it by your house in a timely manner.

Mail Service for Seton Townhomes- Mailboxes will be located down by the Shoreline Drive right across from the lift station. Regular mail delivery is at this location for the duration of work.

Parcel Delivery for Seton Townhomes – Please use City Hall as your delivery address during construction. Parcel pickup will be available Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 4:30pm and 8-11:00 pm Friday. There will be a table set up for packages delivered. Please do note that we will not be responsible for the security of your packages, especially if delivered after these hours. The address for City Hall is 4349 Warren Avenue, Spring Park, MN 55384.
