Driveway work starts Oct. 19

We just received confirmation from the City of Spring Park that Bituminous Roadways will indeed be restoring our driveway entry beginning next Thursday October 19th. The driveway will be closed to vehicular traffic from October 19th to the 26th, parking will again be available across the street. Temporary mailboxes will be installed to ensure continued mail delivery and we have requested safe pedestrian and wheelchair access be maintained throughout the project. During the project, Bituminous Roadways will be cutting back an area of our blacktop at the entrance to re-grade so it drains towards the street where they will be installing a new concrete driveway apron and attempting to straighten our two entry pillars.
