Next Board Meeting

Hi all, 

As a reminder, our next Board meeting is Thursday, February 29 at 5:00 p.m. upstairs at the Mound American Legion. 

The agenda is below. Most updates will be brief -- the key and most -in-depth topic is a budget review. 

After the official meeting, Jennifer will spend a few minutes walking through setonvillagehoa.com for those who'd like a tutorial. And, of course, burgers and beverages are available downstairs afterwards!

* The Consent Agenda lists those items of business which are considered to be routine, recommended for approval, and/or which need no discussion. The several separate items listed on the Consent Agenda are acted upon by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board Member makes a request, in which event the item will be removed

from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the regular agenda for Board discussion and action.

** Under Resident Input/Comments, individuals may address the Board about any item. Each speaker will keep their statements to a maximum of three minutes to allow sufficient time for others and then remain quiet through the rest of the meeting.
